This limited warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from www.grohpro.ca (the “Physical Goods”).
What does this warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, VARAXIS Ltd will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. The Purchaser agrees to pay for return shipping, in the event the physical goods need to be returned to VARAXIS Ltd and GrOH! Pro for warranty service.
What will we do to correct problems?
GrOH! Pro and VARAXIS Ltd will either repair or replace the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from GrOH! Pro and VARAXIS Ltd is thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or thirty (30) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited warranty not covered?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
damage resulting from natural disaster
theft or other loss of product
act of God
What do you have to do?
To obtain Warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product and the defect.
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These non-returnable items will be indicated as “Non-Returnable” on the product listing pages on the website.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
